- Teams start in opposite endzones facing each other.
- The Game starts with the team on defense throwing off to the team on Offense. This is called a pull.
- The team on offense must throw the Frisbee within 10 seconds. If they run out of time this causes a turnover, which means the other team gets to take the disk and play offense.
- Noone can run with the frisbee.
- The Offenses is trying to catch the disk in the other teams endzone.
- The defense is trying to intercept or knockdown throws.
- If the frisbee is not caught by the offense or is not thrown within 10 seconds, then the other team gets possession of the disk.
- Play continues until one of the teams score.
