Saturday morning consists of mostly experienced ultimate players but is open to players of any skill level!

Play is casual with no formal stacks or handlers. Players will be asked to keep a force and occasionally run a defensive zone.

This is a great environment for a beginner or intermediate player looking to improve their game and practice against great athletes!
